|EMAIL PROOF OF ID, REGISTER, & PAY ONLINE
Please complete all steps in the following order in the one session as your membership will be locked out and need to be deleted if anything is outstanding.
We will notify you by email if this is the case.
- Email proof of ID - take a clear picture with your phone of the birth certificate (or passport) of the new member and email to email@example.com
- Log into the Members Area account of the Primary Contact of your existing family group. If you don't already have a family group for your
other family members follow steps 3 and 4 below until you see the red tab Create Family Group then continue with steps 5 onwards after you have done this.
- Go to 'Memberships' at the top of your Members Area account and click and drop down to Family.
- Right hand side under the column Action click on 'View/Edit'.
- You will see 5 red tabs on the right side, click the second bottom one Join New Person & Add.
- Enter the Personal details then click Next (or Add family member if you want to join up another new family member).
- Check details and click Next.
- Enter the guardian name and check all 3 boxes of the declaration then click Next.
- You can now MAKE PAYMENT for that individual OR everyone in your family but please list who you are paying for so that we can match
payment with all your pending membership requests.
