As a community volunteer organisation we have undertaken the task of providing a safe environment for beach goers.
Members are therefore required to commit a great deal of personal time and effort to fulfilling those duties.
There is no monetary reward involved for our efforts however here at Shellharbour Surf Life Saving Club
We have tried to provide members with ancillary benefits that in some way compensate and recognise that commitment.
Our club rooms can be made available to members for private functions at a nominal cost.
Please note that any approved functions must strictly comply with acceptable standards of behavior and may also be subject to Liquor License & Local Government regulations.
Prior approval of the Club Management Committee is required for 21st Birthday celebrations.
18th Birthday celebrations are not permitted.
Please refer to the Club Hall Hire Policy and Booking Form.
Completed requests are to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
A cash subsidy is available to Active Members who wish to purchase surf life saving competition equipment.
Subsidy requests are considered annually, in July, and funding made available must go to the purchase of new equipment.
Conditions apply to grants made, and a compliance review of those conditions is done on a regular basis throughout the year.
Details & subsidy application can be obtained by contacting the Club Treasurer and accessing the Senior Board Policy.
BOARD & SKI RACK HIRE
